These
prices are based on 6 people sharing, additional guests will be charged
at £60 per week extra. Air conditioning is included in the price of the
apartment per week. There will be a charge per day over and above charge
per week - £30/£50 per day depending on season.
NOTE:
Xmas, New Year, Easter and Half Term holidays are charges at HIGH season
rates. |
| Deposit
of 25% required for confirmation of booking. Balance required 8 weeks
before arrival. If you
cancel before the 8 weeks your deposit will be kept, if you cancel
during the 8 week period a proportion of your balance calculated on a
daily basis will also be kept. Please note: Due to the exclusivity and
high standard of our properties we require a security deposit of £200
which is payable with your balance 8 weeks before departure. This
security deposit will be returned by post, when the property has been
vacated and inspected by our representative. Lettings
from 16.00 on arrival to 12 noon on departure day |
